- Structural point: Adopt small ball design, with high-speed performance, high rigidity and low heat generation.
- Ring material: Using imported IQ high-purity bearing steel, with special heat treatment process, cold treatment process and material modification technology, the fatigue life of this series of bearings is greatly improved.
- Contact angle: 30°(BAR10 series) and 40°(BTR10 series), bearing width dimension is special; bearing outer diameter deviation is specially treated, so that there is a gap between the outer diameter of the bearing outer ring and the inner diameter of the housing, that is, no radial load , Can only bear axial load; the assembly method is back-to-back installation.
- Cage: Ball-guided nylon cage; it can work stably under 120ºС for a long time.
